“After a very long renovation process, we decided to do one "whole home" cleaning before guests arrived from out of the country. We had used Homestars before for a drain issue and were very happy with the result, so we used the website to find a cleaning company.
The company representative was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our last minute requests.
The LUX team did a great job with a very large project. They came in with very clean cloths, and used eco-friendly products with no strong chemicals or odours. They got into all the small corners, de-dusted, cleaned, polished, scraped, buffed, detailed and created an eco-healthy environment for our family. They even cleaned the windows so everything was sparkling and fresh when they left. They were professional, courteous and hard-working and took pride in a job well done. Also, their positive and polite attitude was impressive.
Everything was checked by the company's representative after the job was completed and he personally, supervised little touch-ups here and there. Very impressive!
