Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Physically fit and love to clean
- Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM and flexible to work Saturday’s if required
- Area serviced is 401 to Bloor St. Bathurst to Leslie/Laird/Bayview
- Positive attitude and take pride in a job well done
- Hardworking and punctual. Detailed and efficient.
- Bondable with immigration status or Canadian resident
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Pleasant personality and work well with others
- Speak, read and write English
- Valid provincial drivers licence and insured vehicle a plus

Potential Employee FAQ’s
What does the work involve?
We professionally clean houses, and condos, and are in the customer service business, fulfilling their high expectations and giving our clients valuable time. This is physical and very satisfying work, especially if you are really into “clean”. We do not clean commercial offices or businesses.
You mean a “maid” service?
We specialize in house cleaning duties for clients who want their home detail cleaned and then have us visit on a regular basis. We do offer laundry service but do not cook, iron clothes, take in dry cleaning or other chores typically done by “maids”.
Scrubbing other peoples toilets and washing floors on my hands and knees seems demeaning. Is it?
Like anything in life, it all depends on how you look at it. Our teams take great pride in cleaning and polishing toilets better than the competition and some floors only really get clean if you are on your hands and knees. We do take cleaning seriously and people who like cleaning, like it a lot. And hey, we provide knee pads!
Do I have to provide my own supplies or uniforms?
No. You or our clients are not required to provide anything.
Do I need experience?
No. We train you with the latest techniques in home cleaning and provide you with the best tools available. We work both smart and hard at LUX.
How many hours will I need to work?
We require you to work a minimum of 20 hours per week but you may choose to work full-time. Our regular cleaning schedule is between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday-Friday. Saturday hours may be available pending client requests.
