Every home and every client is unique. LUX is an independently owned local business and our goal is to provide the best value cleaning service in Toronto. Our clients know we are not the cheapest but they always feel they are getting their money’s worth and more.
Our regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning prices start at $270 (for a 6 hour regularly scheduled service) and our one-time cleaning rates start at $400 (for an 8 hour cleaning service). If somebody gives you a better price, ask if they provide the same complete and detailed services as LUX. Also inquire about any hidden or additional fees such as insurance fees, transportation fees or a charge for supplies. Finally, you may want to ask if their cleaners are legal to work in Canada, fairly paid, are covered by WSIB, have a criminal record check and are employees of the company (not contract workers). And please keep in mind the old adage “you only get what you pay for”.

Our products are truly eco-friendly. They are non-toxic, safe for pets and children, biodegradable and/or all natural. All products and supplies are included in our prices. Our clients do not need to provide a thing.
Our team leaders and their partners are professionals. They are screened, police checked, fairly paid, work reasonable hours, are legal to work in Canada, well trained and consistently spot-checked and re-trained, courteous, highly efficient, bonded and insured. They are also transported, along with all our tools and supplies to each cleaning.
We use the highest quality tools and supplies. Our micro-fibre and mira-fibre cloths are fresh for every cleaning, our vacuum systems are high-end true HEPA filtration units for dust free cleaning. The rest of our many specialized tools allow for maximum efficiency while providing the best quality cleaning.
